Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy the e-planner from the exhausted.blog e-shop, alongside our Privacy Policy, and are written to meet EU consumer protection law as it applies in Lithuania.
1. Who's selling
The e-planner is sold by Eglė Kaminskaitė, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: info@exhausted.blog.
2. What you're buying
The e-planner is digital content — a downloadable file, not a physical product. It's supplied as a PDF and there's no shipping involved. Product descriptions on the site (features, page count, format) are part of this contract; if something material changes before you buy, we'll update the listing rather than leave it misleading.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in EUR. Payment is processed by Paysera; we never see or store your card details, only Paysera's confirmation that payment succeeded. The contract is concluded once Paysera confirms your payment, not when you add the item to your cart.
4. Delivery
Once Paysera confirms your payment, we email you a download link right away — typically within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@exhausted.blog and we'll resend it. Because delivery is instant, there's no delivery date or shipping tracking to speak of.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you'd normally have 14 days to change your mind on an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right works differently: it ends as soon as your download starts, but only if you've explicitly asked for immediate delivery and confirmed you understand you're giving up the 14-day right.
At checkout, you'll be asked to tick a box confirming both of those things before your payment goes through. Once you've ticked it and the download link is sent, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase — so if you're unsure, wait before confirming, or contact us first at info@exhausted.blog.
6. Refunds and complaints
Waiving your right of withdrawal doesn't waive your right to content that actually works — if the file is corrupted, doesn't match its description, or the link genuinely fails, contact us at info@exhausted.blog and we'll fix it or refund you. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paysera, usually within 10 business days of us approving one.
7. Your license to use the e-planner
Buying the e-planner gives you a personal license to use it for yourself — not a license to resell, redistribute, or share the file with people who haven't bought it. The content stays our intellectual property.
We provide the e-planner as-is and aim for it to work as described, but we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost time or missed goals) from using or not using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Lithuanian or EU law that can't be waived by contract.
8. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you're an EU consumer, this doesn't take away the protections your own country's law gives you that can't be signed away.
If you have a complaint we can't resolve directly, you can turn to:
Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba (VVTAT) — Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania vvtat.lrv.lt
Or use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which routes complaints to the right national body for cross-border purchases.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the e-shop grows — for example, once a business registration or VAT status is added. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; the terms you agreed to at checkout govern that purchase.
