Privacy Policy

exhausted.blog website is owned by exhausted.blog, which is a data controller of your personal data.

We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we are processing the information collected by exhausted.blog, which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain personal data about you. Therefore, you must read this Privacy Policy before using exhausted.blog website.

We take care of your personal data and undertake to guarantee its confidentiality and security.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the exhausted.blog, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” Moreover, we might collect the personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to Name, Surname, Address, payment information, etc.) during registration to be able to fulfill the agreement.

Newsletter subscription

When you enter your email address to subscribe, we send you a confirmation email with a link. You're only added to the list once you click that link (double opt-in). This confirms the address is really yours and that you meant to subscribe.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter email, or by contacting info@exhausted.blog. We keep no record of an email address that never confirms its subscription beyond a short holding period.

Buying digital products (e-shop products)

When you buy digital products via our e-shop, we collect only what's needed to deliver it and keep records: your email address, the item purchased, the price paid, and a payment confirmation from Paysera. There's no shipping address to collect, since the e-planner is a digital download rather than a physical item. Your download link is emailed to you automatically once Paysera confirms payment; we don't manually handle or store your card details at any point. Purchase records are kept for as long as Lithuanian accounting and tax rules require. Because it's digital content, the usual 14-day right to change your mind on a purchase works a little differently — that's explained in full in our separate Terms of Sale, not here.

For this purchase, we share only what's needed to get it to you: your payment details go directly to Paysera, our payment processor, and your email address and order record are handled through Hostinger's tools that run the shop and host the site. Neither uses your data for anything beyond processing this purchase and any customer support you ask for.

Cookies and tracking technologies

exhausted.blog uses Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand site traffic and measure how our content and ads perform. The e-shop checkout may also set strictly necessary session cookies (e.g. to keep items in your cart) — these don't require consent under EU law, but are listed here for transparency.

Before any non-essential cookie is set, we show a cookie consent banner where you can accept or reject Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; you can change your choice at any time through that banner or your browser's cookie settings.

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell repeat visitors apart and measure how the site is used, and Meta's Pixel sets a cookie (_fbp) to track which pages you visit and how our ads perform. You can opt out at any time — through the cookie banner, your browser's cookie settings, Google's opt-out browser add-on, or Meta's ad preferences.

Why do we process your data?

Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that it would identify any particular user of the system.

You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information, by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the website’s features, or you wish to receive our newsletter or provide other details by filling a form, you may provide personal data to us, such as your email, first name, last name, city of residence, organization, telephone number. You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the website’s features. For example, you won’t be able to receive our Newsletter or contact us directly from the website. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us via info@exhausted.blog.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

  • Restrict how we process it

  • Receive your data in a portable format

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest

  • Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing done before withdrawal)

If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at info@exhausted.blog.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information might be transferred outside of Europe, including Canada and the United States.
